Up to $4,000 reimbursement for Albuquerque businesses (25 or fewer employees) repairing/replacing windows damaged by vandalism. Open, rolling until funds are exhausted.

Funds customized training for net-new, full-time employees at new or expanding Florida businesses; $7.5 million allocated for the program. Rolling applications with no fixed deadline; ends when funds are no longer available.

Grants between $2,500 and $10,000 for clearly defined projects that will have a measurable impact on the business, its growth and profitability.

Next round of funding is set to be announced in late summer 2026.

The Small Business Improvement Fund provides grants to tenants and owners of commercial and industrial properties in designated Chicago TIF districts to cover permanent building improvements and repairs. Grants cover 30–90% of remodeling costs, up to $150,000 for commercial properties and $250,000 for industrial properties, and do not need to be repaid.
