Up to $20,000 for Philadelphia small/micro businesses (<$1.5M revenue) hit by a qualifying disruptive event (fire, disaster, vandalism, utility failure, disruptive public works).

MN PROMISE Act Grant Program is a state-funded initiative designed to support small businesses in eligible areas of Minneapolis and Saint Paul through grants that promote long-term stability, recovery, and growth. State-funded grants of $10,000–$50,000 for under-resourced small businesses/nonprofits (revenue up to $750,000) for working capital, payroll, rent/mortgage, utilities, and equipment.

Reimburses Wyoming employers for costs of correcting employee skill deficiencies or upgrading skills, $3,000–$5,000 per trainee per fiscal year depending on industry.

Provides up to $5,000 to new, expanding, relocating, or ownership-transitioning small businesses in Jacksonville, AL for equipment or moving/establishment costs.

Small businesses and property owners in seven City of Atlanta Tax Allocation Districts (TADs) can apply for grants of up to $50,000 for interior and exterior improvements. Eligible TADs are Campbellton Road, Hollowell-ML King, Metropolitan Parkway, Perry Bolton, Eastside, Westside and Stadium Neighborhoods.

Down-payment-assistance grants of up to $500,000 (or 25% of sale price, whichever is less) for DC-based small businesses acquiring commercial property. Confirmed a true grant, not a loan — no repayment terms. Subject to FY26 budget availability.
