The Montgomery County Business Center MOVE Grant Program helps businesses offset some of the expenses related to the business’s first commercial lease in the County. 

We recognize running your own business is difficult, no matter if you rent a booth, operate a salon, or work out of your home. Each year, twenty five $10,000 grants will be awarded to qualifying salon business owners in Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, and New Jersey so they can continue their transformative impact in the community

Amazon's Black Business Accelerator is a grant program aimed to address historical, manifest imbalances by growing and advancing equity for Black-owned businesses. The program offers financial assistance, business education & mentorship, and marketing & promotional support.

Backing the B.A.R. is an NAACP initiative that is awarding over $100,000 in acceleration grants, education, support and entrepreneurship solutions for Black-owned bars, restaurants, nightclubs, lounges, liquor stores and small businesses in the process of applying for a liquor license. 

Amazon Business is awarding over $250,000 in monetary grants and prizes to support the growth of 15 small businesses. Amazon Business small business customers based in the US with annual revenues of $1,000,000 or less can apply for a grant from May 1–May 24, 2024.

Black founders in their Business Equity Community to apply for their chance to live-pitch their business to a panel of expert judges at a special event in NYC in early June produced by North Six.The winner will walk away with a $15,000 grant, supported by Nordstrom, to power the growth of their business.
