Small businesses and property owners in seven City of Atlanta Tax Allocation Districts (TADs) can apply for grants of up to $50,000 for interior and exterior improvements. Eligible TADs are Campbellton Road, Hollowell-ML King, Metropolitan Parkway, Perry Bolton, Eastside, Westside and Stadium Neighborhoods.

Down-payment-assistance grants of up to $500,000 (or 25% of sale price, whichever is less) for DC-based small businesses acquiring commercial property. Confirmed a true grant, not a loan — no repayment terms. Subject to FY26 budget availability.

One-time grants of up to $5,000 to locally owned Tampa Bay stores, restaurants, and service businesses still recovering from 2024 hurricane damage; funding extended through 2026.

Ongoing reimbursement grant providing free design assistance plus rebates (up to $8,000 standard, $12,000 historic, $16,000 multi-tenant, +30% Promise Zone bonus) for street-facing storefront improvements.

Helps ground-floor storefront businesses/property owners on Denver's 16th Street corridor improve leasability of available spaces (demising walls, storefront build-out). Separate program from DEDO's Retail Attraction Incentive.

Reimbursement funding — up to $2,000 per employee, capped at $100,000 per company per fiscal year — to help PA employers cover costs of training new and existing employees. Rolling applications within FY2026-27 (opened August 1, 2026), first-come/first-served.
