Small business owners spend their days concentrating on their particular specialties, but there's one thing they have in common: they all have to contend with a host of similar workforce issues. One topic making big news lately is paid family and medical leave. This free event for entrepreneurs and small business owners will include a panel of local business leaders to discuss specific policy proposals under consideration at the national level and how they will impact small businesses. We also will hear stories from local small employers who support these policies. Speakers include:

A question and answer period will follow the discussion.
