Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority (MSBDFA) Equity Participation Investment Program (EPIP) - Loan
Designed to assist businesses in socially and economically disadvantaged areas to obtain working capital, equipment or contract financing. Provides companion loans of up to 50 percent of a lender’s loan package with a participation loan cap of $2 million. Financing can be used for working capital; purchase of inventory, equipment, or real property; construction/renovation of eligible property, and leasehold improvements.
