The City of Garden Grove has established a Small Business Loan Program designed to stimulate economic growth and create jobs that will improve the living conditions of residents in the community.
 
 

In order to be eligible, you need:

  • Business located within the incorporated City limits of Garden Grove, California. Š
  • A valid City Business License, insurance, and any other applicable permits, licenses, certifications, etc. Š
  • $75 application fee. Š
  • Minimum credit score of 600 or greater.
