CEDF is an independent 501(c)3, chartered by the State Legislature that serves Connecticut small business owners, primarily in low-to-moderate income communities, who are not able to obtain traditional bank financing. CEDF provides term loans up to $250,000, owner-occupied commercial real estate loans up to $500,000, and lines of credit up to $250,000.
