Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE)

We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) community organization that promotes the growth and economic expansion of diverse Los Angeles communities through the infusion of capital and the provision of business consultation services and financial literacy training. We target low- and moderate- income residents, entrepreneurs and business owners in Los Angeles with diverse loan products as well as technical assistance focused on financial education and credit building.

Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment Business Development Center (PACE BDC)

PACE Finance Corporation (PFC) was established in 2009, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE). PFC is a PACE lending arm, certified as a CDFI. PFC’s mission is driven by providing loan investments, financial services, and technical assistance in the underserved low-income ethnic minority communities of Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Regional Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network is part of the national Small Business Administration (SBA). We provide individualized consulting and training to new and growing businesses.

Pacific Coast Regional Small Business Development Corporation

Pacific Coast Regional (PCR) is a private, non-profit corporation founded in 1977 to assist small business owners in becoming successful members of the Southern California business community. Through contracts with the Federal Government, the State of California, and partnerships with private institutions, PCR provides financial, educational and consulting services. In addition, PCR has been certified by the U.S. Treasury as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).

Pacific Community Ventures - Business Advising

Pacific Community Ventures is a national nonprofit CDFI that leverages technology to provide small business owners with high-quality mentoring, at no cost. Their BusinessAdvising.org platform connects small business owners with pro bono business advisors who help them meet their challenge and seize new opportunities.
