Small Business Majority is joining the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland at their Policy Summit 2021: Pathways to Economic Resilience in Our Communities. The summit will focus on economic resilience and equity and how they play out in communities of all sizes and compositions. The event will highlight the policies and practices that support or hinder people in our most vulnerable communities from being able to prepare for, adapt to, and respond to economic shocks, such as coronavirus-related closures, and underlying stresses, such as poverty and inequality.
Small Business Majority's Midwest Director Geri Aglipay will be speaking on the Big Help for Small Businesses: Solutions for Improving Access to Capital panel along with Abbey Omodunbi, Senior Economist, The PNC Financial Services Group and Danielle Sydnor, CEO, We Win Strategies Group about the effects of COVID-19 and how racial injustice will be front and center in addressing small business, workforce and economic development.
