Join Small Business Majority, Colorado Department of Transportation and the Southern Colorado SBDC for this FREE 4-hour webinar is divided into two Friday sessions that will help you develop an effective construction schedule and ensure you work the schedule so the project runs smoothly.

  • Part 1 on February 19, 10am-12pm: Planning & Developing an Effective Project Schedule. This will give you a bird's eye view of a construction schedule and how subcontractors can increase their productivity and efficiency with proper schedule planning. Don't get behind schedule by not knowing how to create and manage a great project schedule!
  • Part 2 on February 26, 10am-12pm: Working Your Schedule and Managing Your Project. This session will help you understand how to use your project schedule to manage your project as you proceed through the activities to keep the project running smoothly.
