Greeley Colorado
Greeley Community Development Fund
The Greeley Community Development Fund assists with the financial needs of companies expanding in or locating to the City of Greeley. The Weld/Larimer Revolving Loan Fund, the City of Greeley, commercial banks in Greeley and the Hispanic Loan Program have joined together to provide the initial funding for this loan program.

Northwest Loan Fund
The Northwest Loan Fund (NLF) offer loans to new or growing business within the service area of Northwest Colorado that is creating jobs or providing positive economic impact for the local economy. The NLF is often able to take greater risks than conventional banks because the program exists to help with local economic development, so it is able to welcome new and expanding businesses that may not yet qualify for traditional bank financing for various reasons.

City of Fruita
Fruita Small Business Emergency Assistance Fund
The purpose of the Fruita Small Business Emergency Assistance Fund is to assist qualifying Fruita small businesses who are facing financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic and will remain open until funds are fully allocated. The fund is a partnership between the City of Fruita and the Business Incubator Center. Loans from this fund will provide gap funding for small businesses located within the city limits of Fruita to cover up to two month’s cost of operations.
