West Virginia is proud to offer grant assistance to small businesses looking to enter or expand in the global marketplace through the U.S. Small Business Administration’s State Trade Expansion Program (STEP). The West Virginia STEP consists of $300,000 in funding available from October 1, 2022 to September 29, 2024.

Maine State Child Care Infrastructure Grant Program
The Child Care Infrastructure Grant Program will provide funding to help start new child care businesses as well as expand current licensed capacity to increase the number of children served by existing child care providers. Grants are available through 2024 or until all funds are awarded, whichever comes first.

Colorado OEDIT
Colorado Startup Loan Fund
The Colorado Startup Loan Fund provides loan capital to mission-based lenders to provide loans to Colorado entrepreneurs and small business owners needing capital to start, restart, or restructure a business, and those who are not able to obtain a loan from traditional lenders. This is a revolving loan fund, meaning the dollars will be used to continue supporting new entrepreneurs as loans are repaid. OEDIT has partnered with eight mission-driven lenders to provide micro loans under $150,000 to small business owners and entrepreneurs with capital from the Colorado Startup Loan Fund.

Jewish Free Loan Association
Business Loans
As a non-profit organization, the Jewish Free Loan Association helps people of all races and religions by offering zero interest, zero fee personal and business loans with no collateral, just a qualified guarantor. Business loans are considered on a case-by-case basis and can be up to $25,000 maximum.

New Mexico Economic Development Department
Job Training Incentive Program (JTIP)
The Job Training Incentive Program (JTIP) funds classroom and on-the-job training for newly-created jobs in expanding or relocating businesses for up to 6 months. The program reimburses 50-90% of employee wages.
