The Wish Local Empowerment Program will award 4,000 Wish Local small business partners financial support in amounts between $500 - $2000. This program will only be open to Black-owned, brick-and-mortar stores, to help promote equality and diversity in American business.

The business must be located in a rural community defined as 50,000 or less population. SoGal Foundation has teamed up with Winky Lux, bluemercury, twelveNYC, Twilio, Walmart.org’s Center for Racial Equity and other sponsors to make a small step towards progress by providing several $10K and $5K cash grants to Black women or nonbinary entrepreneurs.
