California Office of the Small Business Advocate
California Microbusiness COVID-19 Relief Grant Program
The California Microbusiness COVID-19 Relief Grant Program is funded by the State of California and administered by the Office of the Small Business Advocate (CalOSBA). The program provides competitive micro grants of $2,500 to eligible microbusinesses impacted by COVID-19 and the related health and safety restrictions. This program will be implemented by County organizations or nonprofits working on their behalf.

San Francisco Women's Entrepreneurship Fund
The The San Francisco Women’s Entrepreneurship Fund provides mini-grants of up to $5,000 to San Francisco women-owned small businesses for projects and upgrades that will have a transformative impact on the business’ ability to grow. The Fund is established to improve the small business environment for women entrepreneurs in San Francisco and encourage collaboration between women entrepreneurs and local technical assistance providers.

Reusable Foodware Microgrant Program
The Reusable Foodware Microgrant Program provides financial support to eligible food service establishments within the City of Los Angeles to assist with the purchase of washable, durable, reusable foodware. Eligible food service establishments will receive FREE technical assistance, training, and the purchase, delivery, and set up of reusable foodware. Funds are limited and are distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Legacy Business Registry
Long-standing small businesses in San Francisco can join the Registry for recognition, marketing and business help, and grants. The business must have operated in San Francisco for 30 years or more, had no break in SF operations for more than 2 years, contributed to San Francisco’s history or identity and also be committed to keeping its history alive.

Pacific Community Ventures
The Oakland Restorative Loan Fund
$2.5 million in zero-interest loans are now available to BIPOC or AAPI-owned business through PCV’s new Oakland Restorative Loan Fund. This fund can help combat gentrification and displacement, and support business owners as state and federal grant programs begin to end. There are no application fees and no minimum credit score to apply.
