St. Louis-area manufacturers are invited to participate in this half-day supervisory training. 

Training Details:

Great supervision and leadership are at the heart of any successful work team. It is the leader who sets the example for others to follow and creates the environment where employees are respectful, motivated, and engaged to achieve results.  

This training will help you level-set your supervisory skills. Learn what it takes to boost your team’s engagement and performance. Enhance your ability to communicate more effectively with team members, even when those conversations turn difficult. Implement proven coaching strategies to empower employees to meet or even surpass your expectations.

Training Outcomes:

  • Discuss the reality of the global and regional workforce.
  • Discuss the benefit of raising your awareness to make needed changes in the current workplace environment.
  • Identify supervisory, management, and leadership expectations most needed for a healthy, productive work environment.

  • 12:30 p.m. Registration Opens
  • 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.  Leveling Up Your Supervision Training 
  • 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.  Networking Happy Hour

This training is being offered at no-cost and is limited to 30 participants. Area manufacturers may each register up to 2 participants.
